22 copies of the visa application form, thoroughly filled out and dated, bearing applicant’s signature.
31 original passport size, front view, white background and recently-taken photograph.
4An original letter of invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkey.
5A business letter from the employer, on a letterhead stationery, addressed to The Embassy of Turkey, and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above), briefly introducing the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant) and clearly stating the precise nature of the business to be conducted by applicant.
6The non-Canadian applicant(s) must show a COPY of their valid Permanent Residency Card (PR card) or Work/Student Authorization Visa for Canada.
7If applicant is of Iraqi or Iranian origin and is carrying Canadian Travel Documents, he/she can only obtain a visa for a 15 days stay. The visa can be extended for another 15 days once in the country. This can be done at the local Immigration Office in Turkey.
